I recently read something about cabin crawls on Ship mate and I was wondering how can cabin crawls be set up for individual sailings.
I think that is an awesome idea. Sign me up!
Is there anymore info on this...very interested!! ie: it is only for one day or more?It is usually done early in the cruise. Just a note... if you take a group to the Haven (Norwegian CL), the concierge wants a heads up (not impressed with our crawl! LOL)
Cabin crawl... sounds like me on a cruise morning! You must be on the all inclusive alcohol sailing LOL. We did our Cabin Crawl and it was quite fun to see the differences in the cabin layouts. 3 of the cabins were in the Yacht club so those members graciously offered us sodas and adult beverages when we visited their staterooms. I have my next stateroom picked out when I sail the Divina again.
Is there any such thing as a 'pub crawl' equivalent on a cruise ? (either around cabins and / or around the bars on the ship?) If we end up going over a birthday, it might be fun.We have done poker/drink crawls on several ships. The cabins that were hosting supplied drinks/snacks for everyone. Also, did this on Celebrity for the poster who asked above.
Thanks jdvmd! It sounds like a friendly environment. I might wait to be asked since it's our first go! (Or we can do a private run of the drinks crawl and see who we bump in to!)I want to do this on my March 3rd Equinox...I have done them before. SO much fun!! On our last cruise one person in our group had an owners suite, another had an aft-facing cabin, so it was really fun to see the different types. I was even interested to see the sizes of the typical inside and ocean view. We also brought souvenirs from our home state to give out. Great time!
Is there any additional perks if you are hosting (showing your cabin) from the cruise lines? No. This is just something fun to do with others from your roll call. The cruise line has nothing to do with any of it.
