The Dumpster Fire that is Roay's Website - who do we tell?

So I'd rather not send an email to the CEO and be lost among the emails regarding missing dentures or cloudy days. And any advice that tells me to go to the website to report the website doesn't work is clever, but not helpful.

 

Has anyone uncovered the email of someone that heads up the department that is responsible for the website that tries its best, yet fails to live up to the standards of the rest of this cruise line?

 

 

Edit: And while we're at it, who do we complain to about not being able to fix a typo in a thread title on THIS site?:o
