newlu Posted September 29, 2009 #1 Share Posted September 29, 2009 Hi, I see that we can now order juice packages, I would like to have some OJ with sparkling wine one morning or afternoon on the balcony. If I order room service (breakfast) is OJ included? I think for the rest of the cruise its not free, but I thought it was for breakfast. If I order OJ from room service in the midle of the day, is it free? A juice package for 6 bottles with 15% added is $25. Can $... Thanks newlu
Guest maddycat Posted September 29, 2009 #2 Share Posted September 29, 2009 OJ is free at breakfast. You can get all you want in the MDR or the Windjammer. I don't know about room service since we've never ordered from room service.
ChipLondon Posted September 29, 2009 #3 Share Posted September 29, 2009 OJ is free at breakfast, as well as with room service breakfast. Order it and keep it in the fridge for later in the day, then just add the champagne.

kenevenpar Posted September 29, 2009 #5 Share Posted September 29, 2009 On Liberty earlier this month, they were pushing fresh squeezed OJ in the MDR, at $3.95 (I think, we did not buy any), or you can have reular OJ at breakfast for free. Rare silentbob007 Posted September 29, 2009 #6 Share Posted September 29, 2009 Concentrate is free. Squeezed is extra.

Happy ks Posted September 29, 2009 #10 Share Posted September 29, 2009 I always think of it as included in the price I've paid, not free. Noting is free unless someone else paid for your cruise ;)
cb at sea Posted September 29, 2009 #11 Share Posted September 29, 2009 Happy KS is right--NOTHING is "free"! You pay your fare...and things, including juice are included! IMO, concentrated OJ is better than "fresh squeezed"--I HATE pulp!
BroncosFan2010 Posted September 29, 2009 #12 Share Posted September 29, 2009 The fake, watered-down stuff is free at breakfast, but the good fresh squeezed stuff is expensive!
kapcruiser Posted September 30, 2009 #13 Share Posted September 30, 2009 What other juices are available at breakfast?
Rancher Dave Posted September 30, 2009 #14 Share Posted September 30, 2009 Nope, he's currently in prison in Las Vegas. Funny, I thought about that same response. I was glad to see the point made that fresh squeezed Orange Juice is subject to a charge.
CPT Trips Posted September 30, 2009 #15 Share Posted September 30, 2009 The fake, watered-down stuff is free at breakfast, but the good fresh squeezed stuff is expensive! Good point! Many passengers don't realize that the free OJ is not really OJ! It probably doesn't matter for most people, but for those with special diets (DW), it's good that you pointed this out. For the OP- I suggest bringing your own OJ (in asceptic packs); it travels and stores without too much trouble (a little heavy in the suitcase, but Ok in the carry-on!) A splash with some bubbly is a great way to start the day!
rummenroman Posted September 30, 2009 #16 Share Posted September 30, 2009 What other juices are available at breakfast? I remember apple being another juice w/out an extra charge. I don't remember any other juices that were available.

robtulipe Posted September 30, 2009 #18 Share Posted September 30, 2009 Grapefruit juice is also available as I like it blended 50/50 with OJ.
truffles2 Posted September 30, 2009 #19 Share Posted September 30, 2009 I wish they would bring back the "passion fruit" juice. It was yummy, and less acid than orange juice.
carhirer Posted September 30, 2009 #20 Share Posted September 30, 2009 The fake, watered-down stuff is free at breakfast, but the good fresh squeezed stuff is expensive! I disagree. The regukar OJ was included. The freshly-squeezed-with-the-scum-on-top-because-no one-was-buying-at-those-prices was expensive.
