Mariner - beds made up daily?

We have three in a room with a double sofa bed. Will the sofa bed be made up daily, or left open? I just saw a photo of a room with the double sofa bed left open, and there really isn't much room left to walk.

Your cabin steward will put the sofa bed back to a sofa each morning when he/she makes up your room and put it back to bed status each evening while you are at dinner.

In my experience they won't leave the sofa bed out during the day unless you expressly ask them to.

Your cabin steward will do what you want on that. You should meet him the first day and have that discussion with him, no problem.

They will close it everyday, unless you request otherwise. You won't even need to discuss it.

That's my picture of the sofa bed and they made it up in the evening, usually while we were at dinner. They closed it in the morning when they cleaned (sometimes we kind of closed it while dressing just to make more walking room). The sofa bed doesn't work like the ones in hotels (i.e. unfold). Instead the cushion portion pulls straight out from the back, then the back folds down into the open space. So in effect you are sleeping on the back side of the couch back, and the cushion.
