No, you have to take a cab, or car, etc. It is Paradise Point that has the tram going up to the top. That is the area located by the pier at Havensight Mall. They've been running ads in the paper for salespeople and bartenders, but I haven't seen any notices that they are open, and I haven't heard anybody say they were open yet. Stay tuned!
