My take on Caribbean Princess

Thanks for taking the time to post your review. My personal views of specialty dining (Sabatini's x2 on Emerald, X1 on Diamond, x1 on Ruby/Crown Grill x1 on Emerald, X1 on Ruby) is they are good but not great. Definetely no "wow" factor. We did however really enjoy "Sterlings on the Diamond. Steaks, imho, were better than the ones at the Crown.

There were soda and coffee cards. No wine card, although there was some sort of wine package, but it was not very memorable. I enjoyed the wine at Vines.
