clintjake Posted January 26, 2010 #1 Share Posted January 26, 2010 Going on Rhapsody of the seas with our son & wife and two 14 year old grandkids. They are in Interior Quad Cabin so will be crowded. We are in Superior Balcony Cabin. What would happen if one of the Grandkids slept in our much bigger cabin to alleviate crowding in the quad Cabin?
PattyG12 Posted January 26, 2010 #2 Share Posted January 26, 2010 Everyone would have more room ... you'd be fine. Just ask for a rollaway and let your room steward know.

golfer1966 Posted January 26, 2010 #4 Share Posted January 26, 2010 Pending on the catagory Balcony you have, the couch may be big enough for them to crash on or you may use the roll a way bed.

cb at sea Posted January 26, 2010 #6 Share Posted January 26, 2010 Once you're booked, they don't care who sleeps where (or with whom!)...
Ashland Posted January 26, 2010 #7 Share Posted January 26, 2010 If you use the sofabed and it is uncomfortable just ask your room steward for a mattress topper or egg crate...Your room steward will do everything possible to make sure everyone is comfortable..Also don't forget tell the room steward in the other room if it happens to be a different one and alter your tipping accordingly..Enjoy your cruise !! John Henry on CC Posted February 6, 2010 #10 Share Posted February 6, 2010 Do the extra beds in a quad cabin on Rhapsody of the seas come down from ceiling or r they on the side According to the deck plans, which you can view on http://www.rccl.com, all interior cabins on Rhapsody that are quads have two pullman beds. Whether they literally come out of the ceiling or from the upper part of the wall, they will be upper bunks, above the floor level beds.

BobKat406 Posted February 11, 2010 #13 Share Posted February 11, 2010 Keep your eyes on the cruise rates. Some rates drop enough that you may be able to get 2 connecting rooms for the price of the quad room which would help with space. My TA just booked a cruise where 2 rooms were cheaper than the quad. It happens!
