two twins convert to king????

I know you went in 2010, but do you recall if on the Liberty was the twins converted to a king/queen noticeable crack between the beds? Did they just push them together and use a larger sheet or was there something between them to help reduce the crack?

If you "bounce" on the cojoined twins hard enough, they do tend to separate.
