CD that wore two different shoes

Does anyone recall the CD that would wear two different color shoes. He was one of the best and the most memorable, but I forgot his name. He was the CD during one of my spring break on Miracle in 2006. I still remember him doing the Rocky Horror Picture show at midnight on the second to last day at sea.
