What is the best gift to you might not be to me. We got chocolate covered stawberries, which were our favorite. We have also gotten a bottle of champagne (didnt drink it) and a fruit basket (only ate the dried fruit, so it was a waste.

In the past I have gotten the chocolate cake, YUM! this year it will be my Honeymoon and I am having the High seas gift set sent to our room for us, So it depends on what you want they so have nice things and it is not expensive

Fire is right. If you do not know the recipient fairly well, choosing a gift can be tricky. As stated above, alcohol is unwanted by some. Others may have floral allergies, or be a diabetic (so sweets not so good) etc.

 

Funship dollars make a great gift, as the first reply said. I am also a fan of photo coupons. Those are the things I most often choose for clients in large group bookings, where every cabin gets the same gift.

We've had the Chocolate covered strawberrys very yummy.

 

Aslo the room decorated with Bon Voyage as a surprise was a real nice treat.

I like the bar tickets (4 drinks for $21.25) and the soda credit ($7.75), it includes the 15%. You have some drinks paid for before you leave. You have to remember to bring the tickets with you.

I agree it depends on who you are buying it for. I bought my dad a coffee card on Princess for his cruise he went on for his birthday. It worked out great! I love the idea of the photo money!

The best bon voyage gift for someone is a shipboard credit to spend as they please. And you can always throw in cabin decorations if it is a special occasion. Don't see how you can go wrong with those.
