If any of you are sitting at home bored tomorrow, turn on CNN. They are running my story at 12:45ish EDT. I won't be in the studio. The camera owner and I will be doing the interview by telephone.

 

By the way, the You Tube video has now gone over 2,000,000 views and is currently the #1 most popular video on You Tube. :eek:

Paul, I don't know if you read these original posts anymore but I did want to resurrect this one to thank you for sharing this story with me. Although it did "waste" about 3 hours of my time today, it was an absolute blast reliving the detective work of yourself and those posters over at scubaboard.com.

 

What an amazing story.

No kidding. We actually discussed that. They promised to put them to shame. We'll see. They did a lot of filming, both where I found the camera, in my office, and on the CG base.

As of right now, it does not appear as though I'll get bumped. This story should air tonight on NBC Nightly News at 6:30 Eastern. Fingers are crossed it turns out better than the last couple broadcasts.
