Pam in CA Posted June 29, 2010 #3 Share Posted June 29, 2010 We are thinking of booking a mini suite on the Coral Princess, we have always had veranda's before. What are the advantages of the mini suite?More space with a sitting area, a 2nd TV, a larger bathroom with a tub-sized shower, and a larger balcony. And a glass of (cheap) champagne at sailaway. paul929207 Posted June 29, 2010 #4 Share Posted June 29, 2010 To me the biggest bene is the sitting area. Instead of a love seat, you get a couch. You also have a couple of chairs.
Colo Cruiser Posted June 29, 2010 #5 Share Posted June 29, 2010 Thats about it. No real extra perks.

BLS Posted June 29, 2010 #7 Share Posted June 29, 2010 In addition to the extra cabin space. The bathroom is larger (love that tub!) Anything longer than a week we try to book a mini suite,
Go-Bucks! Posted June 29, 2010 #8 Share Posted June 29, 2010 I also like the living room area - nice to have somewhere to sit and relax while looking out of the balcony doors or watching the 2nd TV. We felt so crowded in a balcony room because the bed was the only place to sit. Much nicer for entertaining and on longer cruises.
6pack Posted June 29, 2010 #9 Share Posted June 29, 2010 Once you get one you will NEVER look back :) More room and Bigger Bathroom sum it up. I believe service is better, however I may just imagine that:p

Actually, a regular balcony cabin only has a chair, not a love seat. :rolleyes:Not all mini suites on Coral or Island are created equally ... some of the balconies are totally uncovered and offer absolutely no privacy.
