LHP Posted July 10, 2010 #1 Share Posted July 10, 2010 Does anyone know the price of the HIGHLIGHTS OF ROME/REGULAR VISIT TO VATICAN MUSEUM that Carnival will be offering on the Magic? I have found the description but no price. OR if someone has done this through Carnival in the past...I know the price will be more now..but it will give me an idea. CruiserBruce Posted July 10, 2010 #2 Share Posted July 10, 2010 This might be better asked on the Carnival board. Or perhaps on the Carnival website.
CathyCruises Posted July 11, 2010 #3 Share Posted July 11, 2010 Whatever the price turns out to be, remember that you can get to Rome on the train for 9 euros/pp/rt and entrance to St. Peter's Basilica is free. . .
hylasgirl Posted July 11, 2010 #4 Share Posted July 11, 2010 Also remember that whatever the price seems to be, there is little that beats a private tour for your precious hours in Rome.... and when shared with another couple (easy to do) this ends up being very comparable in price to ship tours. I would never suggest a ship tour in Rome. There are many reviews on here for Romeinlimo and I have to say, we have had our best days in Rome with this company. It's incredibly easy to plan a day in Rome when you have someone like this arranging the best way to see what you want to see.

I agree, use the train :)
Rare Keith1010 Posted July 17, 2010 #6 Share Posted July 17, 2010 As mentioned, while someone might know the price on this board you are more apt to find information on pricing on the Carnival Board. Keith
