There are three tiers of memmbership depending on the number of cruises taken. Priority embakartion begins with the second tier.

One slight addition they don't mention on their list:

If your are a FOUNDER Classic, which means you joined before 2002, you do get priority boarding. EM

To be honest, since there are so many members, the "perk" of early boarding doesn't mean a hill of beans.
