Choosing your cruise depends on...

When you choose your cruise what affects your decisions:

where it goes...and recently as air fare has gotten more costly and bag charges have gone up where it leaves from

- out of school holiday time

- possibly a "fly there and get back by ship"

we know which months we can cruise, what line we want to cruise with and we just pick from there...we just want to CRUISE when we CAN:D

Cruise line first (HAL, Celebrity, or Princess) then price. Itinerary is not as important. The ship is our main destination in the Caribbean.

First priority: I cruise only to places I really want to see, so the ports of call/excursions are my first priority.

 

Second priority is the cruise line: are they geared to English speaking passengers, or do they cater to more European passengers? I took four years of Latin in school....helped with botany and biology, but that's about it! DIfferent cruise lines provide different atmospheres. I don't want to hear announcements I can't understand.

 

Third priority: Price..am I getting (what I think) is a decent value for the money. I don't mean cheap, I mean value.

 

That's about it.
