RCI card OBC ?

I sent my certificate in for my OBC, $150. Is there a way I can check that is all taken care of before I board? I sent it in at least a 4-6 weeks ago maybe a bit more, still have 6 weeks or so to go.

Did a search didn't seem to see anything that helped.

Steve,

I your booking is still directly with RCI give them a call. They should be able to verify that the OBC has been applied and email you a PDF copy of your reservation that will show the OBC as a line item.

If you have your reservation with a TA then you will have to call the TA and ask them to send you your reservation. Either way you should be able to see the line item for the OBC.

Good luck,

Call Crown and Anchor and ask them to look at your account to see if your OBC has posted. Although it will not be available until day 2 of the cruise. When I call to request my certificate for OBC from Bank of America (RCCL) they give me the certificate number over the phone and than mail me the certificate. I than call Crown and Anchor and give them the certificate # and than mail them the certificate. This info is noted on my account; I than check back frequently to assure it has posted to my account.

I believe I did this before when I had one, but it's been a few years ago. Thanks that the info I was searching for. :)
