What cocktail should I not miss?

Sailing in 3 weeks I am looking forward to the molecular and martini bar. Is there any one drink you think I should be sure not to miss out on? Didn't get there last time and don't want to miss it this go around.

I agree with the two above posters. I'm not a martini guy, however my wife had a chocolate martini and it was outstanding, but expensive, $10 I think?

My Husband and I had the Martini flight at the Martini Bar, it was six small Martini's, I belive it was aprox $15.00. I would recomend it!:)

The Dragonfly in the Molecular Bar is very good beautiful fruit flavours and nice gentle kick and comes with the usual stunning dry ice effects

I'm partial to a class Mojito - the combination of lime and mint is delicious!

I know $12 may seem like a lot, but at most bars in urban areas that I'm familiar w/ (Vegas, Dallas, L.A. and NYC) a single martini is usually $15 at a nicer bar. I find the drinks on the ship to be quite reasonable compared to a similarly swanky bar on land.

My favorite named drink is the

 

Golden Shower recipe

1 oz Stolichnaya® vodka

1 oz orange juice

1/2 ozfresh lemon juice

1 splash triple sec

ginger ale

Shake all ingredients except ginger ale in a shaker with ice. Strain over ice into an old-fashioned glass and top with ginger ale. Garnish with lemon slice. Serve.

Maybe this one is really common, but I had never had a mudslide before. Not sure what's in it, but it tastes like a boozy chocolately milkshake! It definitely involves large quantities of vanilla icecream and chocolate syrup. I'm a big fan and it makes a fantastic dessert!

At the Molecular Bar, there are a number of off menu drinks. Ask for an explaination. I liked the 3G, which was Hendricks Gin, St. Germaine, and Canton Ginger Liqueur.

We were on the Solstice in August 2010 and I had the special martini made for the 20 Year Anniversary which is $11. It was wonderful with a lovely ginger/passionfruit foam on top. Yummy!
