gooch47 Posted December 2, 2010 #3 Share Posted December 2, 2010 Us, too. We are probably the only fishermen in the history of Alaska to NEVER catch a salmon. We've spent probably $2000 trying, too.
jean s Posted December 3, 2010 #4 Share Posted December 3, 2010 I'm not a fishing fan but I'm positive my dh will be very interested in this. I would have to bring a lot of really good books.
Potstech Posted December 3, 2010 #5 Share Posted December 3, 2010 Very expensive for just a partial day fishing. But if you can afford it and are an avid fisherperson then it is available. good luck

We've spent probably $2000 trying, too.[/quote) My husband took 2 tours for fishing thru Princess and he was 'skunked' both times...he is an experienced fisherman, having fished in 3 of the Great Lakes and the upper midwest for over 40 years....in one of the trips, his equipment was inadequate...not enough poundage on the line... If he takes another fishing tour, he will bring his own gear. And, it was expensive.
