Conflicting Port Times/Schedule?

When I look at my upcoming Western Caribbean on the Valor on Jan 23 on the Carnival main page and then again in the “My Reservations” section of the website the Cozumel and Roatan dates are flip-flopped and the times are different. I want to book an excursion with an outside vendor in Roatan, so I need to make sure I’m on the right schedule (though I’d hope the tour company would know).

Main Carnival page shows:

Tuesday, Jan 25 - Grand Cayman 7-4

Wednesday, Jan 26 - Cozumel 10-6

Thursday, Jan 27 - Belize 8-5

Friday, Jan 28 - Roatan 8-3

My Reservations Page shows:

Tuesday, Jan 25 - Grand Cayman 7-4

Wednesday, Jan 26 - Roatan 11-6

Thursday, Jan 27 - Belize 8-5

Friday, Jan 28 - Cozumel 8-5

Which schedule is correct?

 

Your reservation page is most correct, but you may not know for sure until after you sail. Carnival has been doing a lot of schedule changes involving Roatan and Cozumel this season. Sometimes the change is not made until the last minute.

To me it's worth a phone call in an attempt to verify but that doesn't always mean much.

All of the schedule websites I checked have the itinerary as on the Carnival website. Have you checked your roll call to see if anyone else is showing this discrepancy? EM
