Promenade Room Liberty of the Seas

We have booked adjoining promenade rooms: parents and kids. They are described as midship but appear more forward (rooms 8561 and 8563). Does anyone have info on these rooms? Specifically- any noise from promenade, do they have an obstructed view of the promenade, how is the motion. Thanks!

Being on deck 8, you shouldn't have noise from 3 decks below...the windows are double-paned, and don't open.

As far as motion, you aren't THAT far forward...you should be just fine.

Deck 8, I think all the ships Iv been on the window slants downward for better viewing.

Its been a while but the only time I recall hearing anything was when they had the parade or party where the dj's and mc's were on the catwalk over the promenade.

I can't determine if we will have an obstructed view of the promenade, if we are too far down to see much???
