Gym On the Liberty

I am cruising April 23rd 2011 and me and my girlfriends hit the gym almost daily at home.

 

Wondering about the hours and what are the best times to go? We usually go at 5am at home. hopefully its open then on the cruise as well.

 

Overall is is a nice gym?

Nice gym but Im sure its not open at 5 am. Im thinking 6 or 7 am.

 

There are people with cabins below the gym. I got one of them once where all day long I heard the thump thump thump of treadmills overhead. Id have killed them if it started at 5 am.

Gym "officially" opens at 6 a.m. Can be pretty crowded then until around 8:30. Late afternoons it is pretty empty - around 3-5 pm, as people are napping or getting ready for dinner.
