Fireman if you open a You tube account you can subscribe to Princess "channel" and on your you tube homepage everyday it will display new videos as Princess loads them.

They are putting in a lounge on 15 aft, very much in the way Skywalker's is done on the Emerald and the Ruby.

IMHO seems like a lot of time and money to loose something and gain nothing. Personally, One of the greatest places to be was in Skywalkers on a sea day. Boy what a view, and now they are going, Sad!

 

Furthermore, it was a distinctive mark of Princess that rendered them different and unique.

I find the re-make rather exciting, they can't correct some of the design flaws of the Grand class but at least this gives her a whole new look with some new amenities.:)

They are actually going to save money after this dry dock. The original Skywalkers on the built on the Grand is different than ones that Princess built later. The materials used were much heavier and there is a big downward draft coming off of it. All of this causes the ship to use more fuel than it should. With the removal of Skywalkers Princess will save money.

 

Having said all that I do agree Skywalkers gives Princess ships its unique look and I will miss it on the Grand.
