Is there any other islands besides in san juan that has a Coach store?

One is scheduled to be opened mid summer 2011 in Aruba. It is located immediately across from where the ships dock.... near Louis Vuitton in tghe former Ferragamo store.

Where is Coach in St. Thomas? At Havensight?

I can't place it downtown and we're always on HAL, so dock at Crown Bay.

If you dock at Havensight it is right next to Havensight. Exit the ship, turn left and keep walking. It is the large dockage and shopping/restaurant area at the head of the pier. Yacht Haven Grande, Google it!:)

Guess my question to the OP is why, when you live near Phila, would you care about a Coach store in the Caribbean. It is a myth that you would save much (if any) money shopping on an island...other then the 6% sales tax. And actually, some of the islands (such as St Thomas) have their own taxes.

If you dock at Crown Bay (HAL and Princess usually do), you need a taxi to go to Yacht Haven. It's too far to walk. It's easy to grab a cab to take you and get back. I don't know which stores have survived the economy and are still there but when they opened about 3 years ago, there was Louis Vuitton, Chicos, Gucci, Cache, Ferragamo and other stores of that sort.

 

I'm sure you could google to get a current list of retailers and restaurants. It's a pretty setting.
