CruiseKeeper Posted April 28, 2011 #26 Share Posted April 28, 2011 Very good Jo. It's a turkey. I have both a peacock and 2 swans and believe me, that towel animal doesn't look anything like them. Do you think it bites, LOL Like the swans, it would bite Walt. :p Still I'm surprised your attendant didn't try to balance a pair of glasses on it's beak. BrianAlt Posted April 29, 2011 #28 Share Posted April 29, 2011 Looks like a swan that's trying to be a peacock. But I think it's a turkey.
Coralc Posted April 29, 2011 #29 Share Posted April 29, 2011 We sort of think this is supposed to be the muscle-bound "swan" but we're still not quite sure: http://www.herbytoys.com/Vaca_Images/Monarch05/Towel2.jpg I think yours is a turkey. :D:):D
Cardiolite Posted April 29, 2011 #30 Share Posted April 29, 2011 Turkey. Beautiful plumage, just like the Norwegian Blue. ;) The plumage don't enter into it. It's stone dead!
besberry Posted April 29, 2011 #31 Share Posted April 29, 2011 I don't think it's a bird at all! I think it's a snake emerging from a bush!
mjldvlks Posted April 29, 2011 #32 Share Posted April 29, 2011 The plumage don't enter into it. It's stone dead! No its not -- it's just sleeping.

wolfcathorse Posted April 29, 2011 #34 Share Posted April 29, 2011 Ty Carol....fwiw...its a turkey, a peacock would have a super long tail. A peacock's long tail feather is very light, so he can lift it when needing to impress the ladies. A turkey's tail feather is heavier and thicker, ergo shorter. He doesn't impress with his tail, he impresses with his wattle and beard.
