The ones in the casino when they're half priced

Ha! Normally that would be a consideration however, the drink package takes cares of that. Looking for best spot for a quality Bloody Mary.

Hello Everyone, We are doing the Repositioning cruise on the Explorer the first t

weeks in November. Does anyone know when she will go in Dry Dock or if

she has recently. I read some posts that said she was showing her wear and

thought it might be soon.

Thank you for your answers, we will appreciate any and all comments and

help you can give.

Dry dock is definitely after the repositioning cruise. The EX will sail from Port Canaveral for the winter season, then go into dry dock, and will be relocated to England to sail from there next summer. Currently there is no TA to Europe scheduled.

What is stopping the dry dock taking place in Europe?

Last I heard, Explorer was taking a non-revenue cruise from Port Canaveral to Cadiz, Spain where she will have the dry dock. After the dry dock, some time cruising in Europe before she heads down under.

I don't know where the Drydock will take place. I'm guessing someplace like Freeport. I did find this quote, which is vague. Given the time of year, I'm thinking the Bahamas would have better weather for a Drydock.

"Prior to Explorer of the Seas' arrival in Southampton, she will undergo a ship-wide revitalization that will refurbish much of the ship. This refurbishment will be similar to other refurbishments that have been taking place across Royal Caribbean's fleet."

Thanks Bob.

I assume they would start with a wet dock on the way to save time and money on dry dock facilities.

Spin Class on EOS question. Folks my wife would like to continue to take her spin classes in the gym aboard EOS if the cycles and the classes are offered. Anybody have any experience with the bikes they have aboard? She wAnts to know if the peddles are the kind that accept spin shoes (kind with the clips)?

I may get up very early this cruise walk around deck 11 a bit, when does Windjammer usually fill up for breakfast? I usually skip breakfast mainly sea days then go for lunch 11:30am.

Windjammer's breakfast hours are 7-11 am and I have never seen it fill up to capacity the way it does for lunch, on embarkation day.

How bad is the mosquito virus in St. Marteen? Our cruise leaves July 3 and from what I keep hearing about it, the virus is deadly if bitten :(

Just back from our 3rd visit this year to St Maarten. Brought binoculars for mosquito sightings and still have never seen a mosquito in either St Maarten or St Martin yet. Never had to use the deet that we keep packing either.
