Seabourn Sojourn..penthouse versus veranda suite?

I'm looking for advice regarding "value" of Penthouse Suite versus Veranda Suite on Norway fjord/Baltic trip on Seabourn Sojourn? We have only been on one other cruise on HAL where we had a Deluxe Veranda Suite with access to Concierge Lounge. We like space and special amenities...but wonder if a PH is a good value since it costs twice as much. Thank you.
