Just of the Majesty 07/29-08/01- my thoughts

Recommended Posts

My husband and I just disembarked the Majesty of the Seas this morning, straight from the ship to work for me.

We had a wonderful time and it was a great little getaway.

This is not a day by day review but a summary of things I noticed or thought to comment on. If anyone has any particular questions please feel free to ask.

Embarkation: DH and I are local south floridians so we did not have far to go to get to the ship. We decide that we wanted to make the most of our short little cruise and so we planned to arrive at the ship as early as possible. We also did not pack a carry on and shared 1 suitcase. We wore our swim suits on board. We arrived at the pier just shortly before 11am. There was no line for either the security scanners or to check in, but they were not yet ready to board, as customs had not cleared the ship. Once we checked in (we were given white sea pass cards, as was everyone else not sailing in a suite, which I thought was odd. I like the blue cards better) anyways we were asked to go over and have our picture taken and then get in line behind about 100 people waiting to board. Once we had our pictures taken though we were ushered to a seating area since we are Emerald status. Once the ship was cleared they allowed us to proceed before everyone else waiting in line. We were on the ship pool side with a pina colada by 11:30! Perfect!

Pool area: There are two outside pools with a fairly large (long) pool deck on the Majesty as there is no solarium. For us, this is preferable as we like the action around the outside pool area vs. the serenity of the solarium. There is plenty of seating and we never had a problem getting two lounge chairs very close to the pool. The starboard side of the pool deck is smoking, port side non-smoking. There are two pool bars at the pool, one by the aft pool and another by the forward pool. We loved that they let you in the pool with your drinks as long as they were in plastic cups or aluminum cans. The seating area around both pools was great! We lounged in the shallow water and sipped our cocktails all day the 1st day and then repeated this the 2nd day when we got back from Coco Cay. It was HOT out, they got us to buy alot more drinks allowing us to sit with them in the pool. I have been on ships where they would not even let you have your feet in the water if you had a drink in your hand. Bar servers were everywhere and I mean everwhere. I did not find them to be rude or pushy but very attentive when they saw you were getting low they would come by and ask if you wanted anything and then they were very quick to bring your drinks! Kudos to the cocktail waiters! They also did a great job at Coco Cay walking around offering the Coco Locos. They have a hard job, it's HOT out there and they were always friendly, remembered what we drank ect. There was some pool side competitions of which we only saw the belly flop but I believe there was also a worlds sexiest man comp.

Also frozen yougurt is served pool side and the machine was pretty much up and running all day every day. Vanilla/Chocolate. Also both pools are salt water and there were showers IN the pool. So your feet would still have salt water on them as you had to stand in the water to use the showers. No biggie but something I noticed. We did not use the hot tubs but I believe there was two of them. All in all the pool area is probably my favorite, with Enchantment comming in a close 2nd.

Downsides: The unlimited soda refil machine was next to the ice cream machine and both were just starboard of the enterance to the forward elevator area by the winjammer and this caused a big traffic flow problem as people would line up for both of these machines and you would have to ask to cut through them. No smoking at the pool bar.

Pool Towels: There is only 1 check out/check in station on the pool deck. We checked out our pool towels as soon as we boarded and there was practically no one on the ship so no line, but even when I went to go swap them out it was never crowded. On day 2 coco cay day they had the pool towels set up by the forward elevators of deck 3 so you didnt have to go all the way up to get them or to change them out for clean ones. We liked this service but it was not repeated on day 3 for Nassau. When I returned the towels it was around 9pm on the last day and there was no line again. The crew member told me that there was no towels showing checked out on my seapass card. He checked both mine and my husbands as well as our room. No charge showed on my bill this morning so I guess we were good. Ohh and the towels were big and fluffy!!! I could actually wrap the whole thing around me (and Im not a little girl) and tuck it in to make it stay with no problems. Two thumbs up!!!

Inside Stateroom 3069: We did not bring a carry on and stayed at the pool all afternoon so our first visit to our room was around 4:30 when we went down to get ready for dinner. I had pre-ordered birthday decorations for us as it was a combo birthday celebration for both my husband and I. The Happy Birthday sign was fixed to the outside of the stateroom door, I told my hubby "Read the Door!! :)" and he read off the room number! LOL No hunny the DOOR.... Ohh... okay!!!! he was pleasantly surprised especially when we opened the room. The room looked great with Happy Birthday decorations hung from the ceiling. Now we knew this room would be tiny, and I prepared for it by just having us pack 1 suitcase. The bed was very comfy and I actually really liked it being pushed up against the wall. I slept on that side and felt all tucked in. The

I thought CC cut me off but I just realized I had accidentally unplugged my keyboard.

Okay so back to the room info. This room was okay. A couple of small issues. The power button on the remote wouldnt work. The channel and volume did but you had to sit up on the bed and manually hit the power button on the tv to turn on/off. Annoying but not so much for me to make a call down to guest services. There is very little counter space which I was prepared for, we had to relocate the "mini bar" to the top of the desk area right below the ceiling. The mini bar was just a few cans of warm sods, a few boxes of snikers, cookies, peanuts ect and a few large bottles of warm water. There is no fridge in these rooms. The shower was not a tube shower but more rectangular (one of the walls angled though which made it slighly smaller) and it has a curtain. The bathroom was adequate enough. Plenty of space in the closet for a 3 nighter for two people. The desk had 4 drawers, one with a hair dryer in it and there was two outlets by the desk. Now onto the bad. This room was the noisiest room I have ever stayed in. It was impossible for it to be quiet. We were the end room on a parallel hallway to the main hall. We heard kids running up and down the halls, every conversation that took place outside, which was alot. The people in the cabin across from us were with a big group and always it semed they had people congregating in the hall in front of their room conversing. Also we turned the speakers off in our cabin to not hear any of the announcements but it didnt matter as the hall announcements were so loud they might as well have been blarring right in our room. Maybe we were next to a speaker or something?? Also people would bang our wall walking by the hall. It was awful. Do NOT pick a room on the end of a parallel hallway. Just awful! Also I have never experienced this before in all of my cruises by the Mini Bar lady was always disturbing us! She would come by around 11 am everyday and knock on the door shouting Mini Bar! She let herself in the 1st day as we didnt get up out of bed quick enough to answer the door and she waited a bit longer on day two. My husband and I had gotten up both days early around 8 got showered dressed and went to breakfast and after would go back to the room for a short snooze before heading out for the day. Its my fault for not putting up the do not disturb sign but I didnt even think this would be an issue. And even if we did you would hear this woman shouting "Mini Bar" knocking on everyone elses door anyways. Weird, and very annoying.

Stateroom Attendant: I will give her a 85%. When we went to our room the first day there were a few stateroom attendents in the halls close to our room so I was asking if any of them were ours they said no but went to get her. She came by introduced herself and was pleasant enough. I can not remember her name. We only saw her 1 other time the whole cruise. She did not provide turn down service on night 1 at all, night two we recieved full turn down as well as a towel annimal, night three we did get turn down but no towel animal. We always had cruise compasses and all our info. We had the Emerald gift on our desk day 1 but it was missing the sodas and day 2 they were delivered (we didnt ask for them). On day two before dinner I saw the room steward in the hall and asked for an extra pillow and when we returned that evening it was there. So not great, not bad.

Main Dinning Room Early seating 6:00 PM Starlight Dinning Room Deck 4 Table # 486

We had one of the best MDR experiences this cruise! Kudos MDR!!!! Great service, good to great food and great company!!! ;) Our entire wait team was from The Philipines and they rocked!

I was a bit dissapointed to not see the vidalia onion tart and prime rib on the 1st night, I guess that they do not offer this on the 3 nighter. Night one I had the shrimp cocktail and the onion soup and the NY Strip. I ordered my NY Strip Medium Rare and it came out more medium to medium well. This was the only main course that I was not crazy about. I had ordered a birthday cake to be delivered that night, but I forgot about it and we excused ourselved early before desert to catch the Welcome Aboard show which was at 7:45. Apparantly our waiter was getting our cake ready and brought it to the table and we had left. Whoops!!! He brought it out on the 2nd night with candles and the Head Waiter and everyone sung happy birthday to us. They are just so eager to please it's unbelievable how hard they work and they just amaze me when they just get the job done perfectly. Night 2 I had escargot (a little overdone but good), lobster bisque (the best I've had on a ship) and the filet of beef (very good) and of course our chocolate birthday cake for desert. The cake was great!! A whole cake with writing on it and candles. This night the waiters danced for us and I must say the Head Waiter Romeo was just so wonderfully personable and funny. He is by far the best Head Waiter I have ever had. He came by and talked to us for a while about his country. He also was balancing flower vases and coffee pots on his head. In my experiences you barely ever see the head waiter but he was always around always chatting it up with everyone. Awesome job! Our last night was Italian night and I had the scallop risotto (they put corn in it which was different) I also had the caprese salad and the tiger shrimp, Romeo came around again and de-shelled the shrimp for everyone our table. When our head waiter came around with the desert menu and he let us know they had pistachio ice cream I clapped my hands in delight. He brought me two bowles without me asking. This last night they sang O' Solo Mio and I cried. I always cry when they sing, I'm tearing up now actually. I guess I get emotional because I just appreciate them so much and I know its the last night and our vacation is over. I'm such a sap. So very high marks for the MDR dinner service!!!

We also had breakfast in the MDR on the 1st full day. We understand that it's open seating and we are totally okay with that but they brought us to a 4 top with a couple sitting there but they were sitting across from each other not next to each other. This was very awkward as DH would have been right next to the other guy and I would be right next to the woman. We politely asked to be seated at a larger round table where we could sit next to each other and the complied, but the whole situation was awkward. I didnt want the other couple to think I didnt want to sit with them. We were seated at a large oval table and I asked for Eggs Benedict which was not on the menu and they brought it out. They also have a granola bar with granola fresh fruits toppings cereal ect that you can help yourself to in addition to whatever you order. Breakfast was great!

Windjammer: We only ate here twice. Once for lunch on embarkation day. And once for breakfast on the 3rd day. Lunch: We went at about 12:30-1:00 and it was a pleasant enough experience. My husband had the honey stung chicken and I had a bite and I gotta say this was actually good! I am not a fan of the honey stung chicken as I always find it to be dried out but this was moist and juicy. It was easy to find a table. Breakfast was good: I went to the omelet station and asked for two eggs over easy. Great! Anyways the rest was your typical Windjammer breakfast.

Specialty Restaurants & Venues/ Coco Cay BBQ:

Johnny Rockets: Never made it here although we wanted to just couldnt find the right time to go without it being too close to dinner.

Sorrentos: Had pizza here every night. It was yummy, but not exceptional by any means. I stuck to the cheese. Was disapointed not to see a traditional veggie pizza though. They had cheese, pepperoni, florentine, and a chirizo pizza. Word of warning though... test it for temperature before you commit. I have litterally burned burned both corners of my bottom lip. Burn marks on both extending down below my lip. I look like I have two cold sores on each side. They even blistered up. So like I said be careful!

Compass Deli: I love this place, it reminds me of a cafe promenade but better. We went after we returned from Nassau on day 3. We had missed lunch that day but didnt want to eat too much before dinner. We went at about 3:30 and it was very quiet in here. I had some cured ham and brie and a egg salad sandwich, they also had fruit, a salad bar, and cookies and deserts, as well as a couple of soups and many varieties of panninis, wraps, sandwiches and melts.

Coco Cay BBQ Lunch: It was good but the crowds were heavy. We went at about 12:30pm. They served hot dogs, hamburgers, BBQ ribs, BBQ chicken, salad, pasta salad, macaroni & cheese, potato salad, baked beans, fresh fruit and various deserts. Everything I had was good but the line for the fruit was crazy and they kept running out and having to wait to re-stock and the line for the water/lemonaid ect was nuts. People were litterally pushing as if they would die of thirst if they did not get there water right away. Other then that it was hard to find a seat in the shade, but when we did we were fine. Also did not have any problems with the sea gulls as other people have experienced.

Midnight Buffett: They had a pool side midnight caribbean buffet on Day 2. It started at 11:45 and we went up at about that time. It was impossible. Very very loud music, I had to scream at my husband for him to hear me and there was just a major traffic flow problem everywhere. I waited about 15 minutes to try to get a plate and was standing in line for sushi but people kept cutting the line and I was litterally watching all the sushi disappear before my eyes. I gave up, grabbed my husband, and we went up to Sorrentos.

As a side note, a few times on this cruise I felt like we were getting too old for alot of stuff. Especially whenever they had loud thumping music or big crowds. I am about to turn 29 and my husband just turned 39 so we're not old, but man I felt like it! On many occassions I said to DH lets get out of here this is too much!!! IE: Caribbean Buffet, disco, boleros.

The CD was Dave something or another. Sorry guys dont have my compasses on me and I'm very bad with names. Young Australian guy who I thought did a great job. He was very visable and energetic. G'Day Dave! He put on a very weird morning show on the TV, it was out there, but I couldnt stop watching. For example he had two wind up toys that were grannies with walkers and he did a bit where he was calling a race to see which one fell off the end of his desk first. He also had a rubber chicken that was missing a leg. It was just odd, but like I said I couldnt stop watching so it was entertaining.

Shows: We did the welcome aboard show with the singers and dancers. They always sing the same song which I now have memorized. "On our voyage to adventure we'll see the sites and hit the lights ...." I always get goose bumps when they perform this song, it means my vacation is about to begin!!! There was a comedian the first night who I thought was very very funny. He also came back on the last night for a 10:45pm adult late night comedy and we loved him. He was not your typical cheesy cruise ship comedy. The second night there was a comedy juggler who we also really liked. We missed the farewell show/production show on the last night as it started at 7:30 and we were still at dinner till 8pm. (by our own choice, we were enjoying our table mates company)

No Love & Marriage on this trip

Quest: They split the room up into large teams 6 in total and each team had a male and female captain. They normally do this in Studio B on the larger ships, but I like it better in the smaller venues when there are numerous small teams. I dont know why he choose to do just the 6 big teams. I am a Questaholic and I pretty much know what to expect. I kept trying to run up and tell my captains what to do but they were both so wasted they had no clue what was going on and I didnt want to keep yelling at them so I finally gave up trying to help. It was still funny and I had a good time. This was the first time DH had seen Quest so Im glad he got to go and I recommend it to everyone with a sense of humor!

Various trivia game shows ect.: We had fun watching/playing various other games around the ship, we played Finish the Lyric trivia, watched Friendly Feud, and Battle of the Sexes. There were all hosted by the CD staff which we thought were great, especially the activities manager. I also got up and sand karaoke one night.

Casino: We played the quarter slots on night one $20 and it was gone in less then 30 minutes. Slots were tight! We went back on night 3 and were able to play another $20 for a good hour. We didnt win anything but at least it let us play for a while. A gentleman on the last night was winning thousands and thousands of dollars at blackjack. The casino was buzzing! People cheering and yelling and high fiving and he was buying shots for everyone. So that was fun to see. They changed the dealer on him and he left but for a while there it was a good time.

There were various live musicians all over the ship. Piano player down on the centrum, another night was a string quartet, also there was the schooner bar piano player and the latin band in boleros, so lots of live music venues.

There was also a sports deck on the aft side of deck 11. It had a 1/2 court basketball court and 2 ping pong tables and a rock climbing wall. We walked past here one night but did not partake in any of the activities.

Okay well I am about to be freed from work so I'm gonna have to finish this up tomorrow. Just a short bit about the ports and I think Ive covered pretty much everything. If there is something I forgot or if anyone has any particular questions please feel free to ask. I do have pictures to post but they will not be posted till this weekend, when I have time to upload everything off my camera. Have a great night and I'll finish up tomorrow!

Finishing this up as it seems I am talking to myself.

My husband and I just got off a very port intensive Southern Caribbean cruise on the Serenade of the Seas in May. We had a great time, but the cruise wasnt what I would call relaxing so this time around we really didnt want to make any big plans and just wanted to take it easy and rest.

Coco Cay- We got up early this morrning around 7:30 got showered, dressed and headed down to breakfast in the MDR. After breakfast we went back to our room and took a nap for a while. We were in no hurry to get off the ship but around noon and after a great nap we got up to visit the island. We waited about 10 minutes on deck 2 in line for a tender and then once on the tender waited about another 10 minutes for it to fill up and take off. The waters were calm and we had no problems tendering over. We arrived at the island and decided to head straight for lunch. After a nice BBQ lunch we began walking towards the less crowded area of the beach over towards the aqua park. We found a couple of chairs in the shade and as soon as we sat down a cocktail server came around with the Coco Locos. We purchased two of them in the neat insulated plastic cups and headed for the water. The water had areas that were full of sea grass and spots of areas where it was just sand so we navigated out to a sandy area and just lounged in the water with our coco locos. We saw a stingray and lots of fish. The water was clear and warm. After about 45 minutes and our drinks were empty we headed back to our chairs backed up our stuff and headed back to the boat. We had gotten too much sun the day before so we were really frying. There was about a 10 minute wait for the tender back. Back on board we hung out pool side for about an hour watching the belly flop competition and then went to the room to get ready for dinner. Coco cay was very nice. My husband and I are not beach people so we only stayed a short while. There are plenty of activities on the island though. The last two times I was there I did the waverunner excursion which I think is really great. They also offer, parasailing, a glass bottom boat tour, kayaks, floating mats to rent, snorkeling, a big slide, and an aqua park.

Nassau- Again we didnt want to do much but on my first trip to Nassau I went snorkeling w/ Stuarts Cove and it was by far the best snorkeling I have ever done. I really wanted my husband to see the beautiful reefs in Nassau so I booked us on the 12:00 snorkeling tour. Again we woke up and had breakfast this time in the windjammer and went back to the room for a nap. We got up around 11 and we went to go check out the Oasis of the Seas since she was in port with us that day. She is so much bigger in person then I could have ever immagined. We walked back to where the Serenade was docked as our excursion was meeting there at 11:45. They had us sitting outside in the sun till after 12pm and then we were lead to the boat. For those of you who have visited Nassau before, the boat we were going on was docked right next to the straw market. We followed our guide out of the port and down the sidewalk to the boat. We then waited for other groups from different ships to join us. There was a total of 5 ships in port that day. Majesty, NCL, Sky, Oasis of the Seas, Carnival Dream and another Carnival Ship Insperation maybe? So the port was very crowded. We took a 1/2 hour boat ride out to Athol's island just outside of the end of Paradise Island. I was very dissapointed with the snorkeling here. There was no "reef" just a few sporadic brain corals and not a whole lot else. Also on this same excursion they have people using clear kayaks and sea scooters. So its kinda a big mess, the kayaks are getting in your way, the people snorkeling with the scooters are trying not to run into you. Not the best experience and quite frankly the snorkeling sucked. So in my oppinion this was not worth the $35/person. Unfortunaly we were leaving the port too early for us to have booked w/ Stuarts Cove or I would have done that again in a heart beat. The ride back to the dock was nice, we passed all the mansions along paradise island and our guide pointed out a few celebrities houses, but when we got back toward the port area we had to wait about 20 as one of the Carnival ships was leaving port and we had to wait for them to get out of the harbor before we were allowed to pull in. I would not do this excursion again, although the crew was very nice and helpful and friendly and humorous they were the only good part of this trip. Once docked we stopped by the straw market and purchased a tank top for my dad and headed over to Senior Frogs for a drink. It was so crazy in their and we couldnt find any seats we left after doing a loop around the bar. We headed back to the ship and to compass deli for a snack before a shower and another nap before dinner.

Disembarkation: We were given luggage tags to meet in a certain venue at around 8am but since we only brought 1 suitcase we did not set it out the night before. My dad was picking us up at 9am so at 8:20 we were out the door and headed to the 4th floor. They had us loop around the dinning room and then off the ship. Getting off the ship was quick it took maybe 5 minutes as the line kept moving, but once off the ship and down in the customs area we stood in line for over a half hour. We were glad we had brought our luggage with us as it was even longer for those who had to first go to the carosels to find their bags and then get back in line at the end. The customs agent we had was a very nice woman though and chatted to us about our wedding (I traveled with my birth certificate and marriage certificate). Once past the customs agent we were still in a line walking out and we turned a hidden corner and there were police dogs sniffing everyone out. They didnt sniff us but alot of people were asked to step aside and I head one of the agents as a gentleman if he had any prescription drugs on him as the dog was going a little nuts over this guys bag. We kept on walking and my dad was already there waiting for us. Traffic was a little backed up getting out of downtown Miami but once on the highway it was clear.

We very much enjoyed our short little getaway but it was just that a short little getaway. It was very relaxing but when we got off we were kinda feeling like it was a tease, just a little too short. Another night or two would have been perfect. We had probably the best MDR experience ever and again big Kudos to the MDR staff, our waiter, assistant waiter and the best Head waiter ever Romeo from the Philipinees!

We are now just 1 night from Diamond so we might do another 3 nighter before booking a longer 7 nighter cruise, I'm looking into possibly doing the Liberty for a 4 nighter to Cozumel this winter, but for now we are looking forward to our 7 night Western Caribbean on NCL Pearl in October.

Anyways thanks for taking the time to read this, and happy sailing!

I got off the Majesty (4-night cruise) the day you got on, and I had the exact same issue w/ my tv (different cabin - deck 2). The remote worked fine for channels/volume, but power button didn't work. Like you, I didn't bother complaining about it, but it was very annoying.

We loved the comedian/juggler too, very entertaining.

Thanks everyone!!! It really was a great time! A couple of things I forgot to mention.

We were not provided robes in our cabin (Platnum up above C&A benefit) I like to have them just in case you need to get up to get the door or something, and they would have come in handy the numerous times I wanted to get out of bed and go chase the kids running down the hall or to yell at the obnoxious family across the hall, but running out there in my birthday suit wouldnt have been as effective. The one time I did see the room steward I was so concerened about remembering the extra pillow I forgot to ask for the robes.

Also we like to get cookies at night before bed. On previous cruises we were able to find them in the solarium cafe or the cafe promenade but there was no cookies to be found on the majesty after the WJ had closed. They should have some in Sorrentos. So after the 1st night I would go get cookies from compas deli or WJ in the afternoons and bring them back to the room to save for later.

I normally wouldn't advocate this, but take 3 pieces of the Honey Stung chicken and usually 1, sometimes 2 will be very good. Its the only time I'm wasteful on a cruise. I usually eat what I take, but if its not good, I won't eat it.

Hi Venus,

I looked for you based on your wedding pics. We were in cabin 3057. We had a blast. I wish that our table waiters were as warm and friendly as yours!! It took us 2 hours for dinner, so we had to skip desert to be able to see the show. Our table was 438, first seating in the Starlight dining room. Our friends had a blast. I think we are going to do a 7 day Caribbean next. How about the deck around the pool? The deck must have been 130 degrees. It would blister your feet if you didn't wear your flip flops into the pool. Other than that, Majesty was in great shape. I love that boat!! Take care.. :D

We are going on the majesty in October, does anyone have daily ship schedule of activities that they could share? (We booked the anytime dining and don't want to schedule until I know what else is going on...) Thank you!!

Don't want to start a whole thing but you mentioned there were two bars at the pool, could you smoke at least one of them? And did you notice if you could smoke at any bars inside?

Thank You

I do not believe either bar allowed smoking. One was towards the forward pool by the enterance of the windjammer on the port side. That one for sure did NOT allow smoking. There was a 2nd pool bar which was a longer bar centered right in the middle just aft of the aft pool. This bar was not open as much as the main pool bar was but I do not believe that there was smoking allowed here either. All along the windows on the port side of the pool deck though they allowed smoking and supplied ash trays. Smoking was permitted inside on the port side of Bolero's latin lounge and at the Casino bar and in the casino. Also on Formal night they normally make the casino non smoking, they did NOT do this on the 3 nighter on Majesty, all nights allowed smoking in the casino. At the bar though you could only smoke on right side of the bar and the left side was non-smoking. I remember they used to allow smoking in the Spectrum but on the few occassions we visited for Battle of the Sexes and Quest it was non-smoking perhaps they allow smoking when they turn it into a disco later at night? We didnt stay up late enough for that so I couldnt tell you for sure. Also we did not visit the Viking Crown at all on this trip, so they may or may not allow smoking. No Smoking in the schooner bar, but the casino is right next door so it wasnt too inconvinient. Also on the Promenade deck, deck 7 outside, all along the port side you could smoke.

I normally wouldn't advocate this, but take 3 pieces of the Honey Stung chicken and usually 1, sometimes 2 will be very good. Its the only time I'm wasteful on a cruise. I usually eat what I take, but if its not good, I won't eat it.

hahaha I like it!

Sorry we missed you guys! I'm glad to hear your friends had a good time! I'm already starting to think about what cruise to do for next Spring!!!

I totally forgot about that pool deck but it was AWFUL! I cant believe I forgot to mention it! It was scallding hot! We learned our lesson on the 1st day when we left our flip flops by our chairs, DH burned the bottom of his feet. From then on we wore our flip flops right to the pool and set them on the edge. The pool deck was wooden, it looked very clean and pretty but I like the blue/green spongie astroturf stuff better!

I'm so sorry but I did not keep my compasses. I did find it was tough to make alot of the shows with early seating. We had 6:00 PM dinner and we had to leave early the 1st night before desert to make the 7:45 welcome aboard show. There was just 1 show for everyone this night. On night two the captains gala started at 8:00PM and we had just finished dinner so we didnt make it to this. also on night two, the early seating juggling show was after the captains welcome aboard party so we just showed up for that I believe it was at 9:00pm. On night three there was 1 farewell show I believe it was at 7:30 and we missed that as well.
