Does anybody know what type of smoke they use? is it hickory or maple or something else?

Seriously I don't think there was anything resembling a smoker in the galley so I am guessing its braised and sauced.

Pulled pork and ribs, can't say that I have tried them, nor seen them. First time for everything. Had bbq ribs on the ships.

And I am from Kansas City, so I also can not image getting excited about BBQ on a cruise ship!
