Favorite Alcoholic Drinks?

Well my boarding drink is usually a Pina Colada, Garth said it right, one for each hand. BUT, I don't like; ice, cocnut and rum slushies. So I get the bar person to mix PINEAPPLE juice, with coconut and rum then shake it and pour it in a glass with the ice. These are much better.

Pain Killer!! With FRESH nutmeg grind...

Mojito, or if not available (not all lines stock mint, and even if they do, bartender skill may be lacking in the muddle dept.) a Cuban coctail is also a nice stiffy for a warm evening on the balcony.

Big fan of rum here. Anything above $12 a fifth, I have found to be good. Anything below, but only after a few... :p

Boy! After reading this thread, I can't believe what good stuff I've been missing. I've been way to conservative with my Bloody Mary in the mornings and Canadian Club with Ginger Ale in the evening. I"m going to make my next cruise totally different, drink-wise! ---- PENNY

Mine is:

Nights or after 5PM:

A VERY dry Martini, straight up, using Bombay Sapphire Gin, with a twist of lemon peel.

Mornings

Bloody Ceaser:

Clamato with Stoli's Vodka and the usual tabasco & Stuff, etc.

Anytime:

Woodford Reserve, Kentucky burbon, on the rocks! :)

A bottle of Frog's Piss, a white wine produced especially for the British by Boozers, goes for less than $1.50. Just down the road at EastEnders, ...:D
That sounds like two buck chuck in the USA

I also want to know what a Bahama Mama is (around here, it's a spicy hot dog served at convenience stores...mm-mmm).

Obviously, it's about time I reverted back to sweet tooth drinks...I must try one of those chocolate bananas, or the dirty banana.

I adore the Gombay Smash :p and the incredible Chocolate Martini. Unfortunately we have to explain what's in the Gombay Smash to most bartenders but they all make them and they are excellent!!

I'm not one for thick drinks or drinks too sweet so I am usually much of a traditionalist. On the Islands a Margarita. In the Maritini lounge, a Cosmo.
At dinner wine and in the day under the sun on deck anything with Tequila! :) Tipsy Sailing!

The Beverly Hills Iced Tea was very nice on the Sea Princess in February.
Also liked the Melon Ball. Otherwise, just about anything fruity made with RUM!!!
Hey! It's five o'clock somewhere right now!

I can't believe this hasn't been mentioned (at least I didn't see it). For all the chocolate lovers this is a great ice cream shake type drink. I think it's kahlua and vodka with milk and ice topped with chocolate syrup.
