Hi,

I recently cruised aboard the Allure of the Seas (from Sept. 18-25). While it is true that many of the restaurants charge an extra fee, there are many food venues that do not. During the entire cruise, we only paid extra for two meals: Dinner at 150 Central Park and dinner at Giovanni's Table. There are plenty of venues that are not an extra charge such as the Park Cafe, Cafe Promenade, Sorrento's Pizza, the Boardwalk Dog House (for hot dogs), the Boardwalk Donut Shop, and of course the main dining room and the Windjammer Marketplace. Also, there is free softserve ice cream near the pools in the afternoon.

The Allure of the Seas is an amazing ship! Have a great time.

Chuck

You can use this page to see which venues have a fee. That hasn't changed. But a few have increased their fee.

I cant get to your link.

OP my favorite for breakfast was Johnny rockets, as they will make eggs any way you want and its not crowded and slow like the MDR was.

the cafe in the city walk area, forget its name and the spa area for lunch, the spa area had better stuff to make salads, more nuts and seeds for free, the cafe made the salads up for you and tossed them and had the roast beef sandwiches.

those are my best tips for free meals.

OP, every day your Cruise Compass will list the restaurant name, hours of operation, and if there is an extra charge you will see a little dollar sign ($) beside it. You don't have to memorize the list. :)

Are you trying to make the OP fail the test at the end of this thread? LOL:p

Just remember those are not the current prices for the restaurants. They all changed not too long ago.
