Is there a charge for the International Cafe on the Crown?

We are going on the Crown in February and would like to know if there is a charge for the International Cafe? If so, are there any items that are included in the cruise price? I tried searching for this information, but have had no luck. Thanks for your help!!

Most everything is included in your cruise price. There are a few items, such as the gelato, that is an extra cost... but it's minimal.

No charge for any food items except for gelato which is $1.50 for 3 scoops of good 'ice cream' but wouldn't compare it to what I've enjoyed in Italy. They do charge for brewed & specialty coffee drinks, tea or alcoholic drinks & as I recall there is no free ice tea nor water.

You can ask for water and they will bring it to you. No charge. Enjoy the IC. It was my favourite place on the Crown!

No. There was no room to put in the gelato section on any of the retrofits to have an IC.

I found 2 pictures of IC.It will give you an idea of some foods and pastries.

Go to the CC home page search box. Type in International Cafe food pictures, Under the search results that is yellow highlighted ,click on the address, go to page 2 post #25. If you click on a picture it will enlarge.

The IC was our favorite place to get a bite to eat. I think we ate there everyday. The shrimp salad is awesome as is the chicken salad (YUM). Hmmm, peanut butter cookies and soup, too. YUMMMMMMYYYYYYY

For ships with an IC, it's on the lower level of the Atrium (deck 5) in the Piazza on the port (left) side forward.

What ship are you on ? I don't think the smaller ships have IC. The rest have IC on Deck 5 by the atrium.

Hoping to be on the Crown next Fall. We were on the Sapphire in February and I've been comparing the deck plans.

We've enjoyed both ships. We were on the Sapphire to Alaska last year and are going on our second Crown cruise in nine days (but who's counting).

The Golden doesn't have gelato as noted above (one of the retrofits, as the Sapphire will be), but plenty of goodies, including chocolate chip cookies.
