I booked a cruise on the Sun using a GTY cabin. I knew that I could get assigned any cabin and I was fine with that. But I did not realize that there were cabins that had no elevator access, only stairs. I can do stairs in limited numbers, but a week using them and I would probably not be walking for awhile. I had been thinking about not worrying about the stairs, but I came to realize I would not be able to enjoy my cruise with them.

 

I called NCL and explained to them my situation and they changed my cabin to one on deck 7.

 

NCL does care about their passengers and tries to make them happy.

We will be in cabin 7101 on the Sun, it's near the kid area and has cabins above and below it. I sure am glad they changed it for me so I would not have been using the stairs.
