Question about multiple bookings and MDR

Hello :),

I am booking three rooms all of course different types to suit everyone's budget. Anyways they will be at different floors and parts of the ship. Two at aft and one at forward. My question is we all wanted to have dinner together even though we would be scattered is it possible to eat at the same table together in the MDR? any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Ask the cruise line to link your booking numbers. that way they will assign you to one table. If you get onboard and find they have not, there is a time the first day to speak with the dining room manager to fix it. EM

As stated earlier 1 person needs to have all the booking numbers in hand, call your TA, your PVP, or Carnival and use the magic word "LINKED". You want all these booking numbers "LINKED" so that you may dine together in the MDR.

The above answer assume that you have either early or late seating. If you have Anytime Dining (or whatever your line calls it), the six of you would just show up together each evening and ask for a table for 6.

Ask either the cruise line, or travel agent, to link your cabins. All of you must say, they want to link - of one of you won't call, they won't link you (how do I know how to avoid dining with relatives :p )

It is best to have your TA link your cabins as soon as possible IF you have been asked or been assigned fixed dining. It is much easier to get it done before the cruise. Sometimes once on the ship it can't be done.

 

Open seating -- not a problem. Just show up.

Link yor bookings and you shouldn't have a prolem as long as you are all confirmed for the same seating!
