Listening to the "Sea"

On hold right now and I'm listening to the recorded message by the "Sea". Feels like I'm listening to a Disney princess- I love Disney but, oh my, I think I may just vomit. :eek:

Maybe this is RCCL's way of reducing the number of phone calls they receive?

Oh my goodness, I listened to the entire "Listen to the Sea" recordings four times a few weeks ago. Sooooo annoying!!! At least Disney plays music when you're on hold (it's actually kind of fun to be on hold with Disney... for the first 3 min).

I hate being on hold with RCI because of this stupid recording! What's wrong with silence and every once in a while say "we'll be with you shortly" just so you know you haven't been forgotten??

 

Who in the world ever thought this would be a good idea? Kinda scary:eek:!

Others think this is the most annoying message ever. I've been trying to get through to make a payment for over an hour and this message keeps repeating.

 

RCCL - bring back Lust for Life! Now that music you could listen too.

Instead of having some Little Mermaid talking I wish they would just really let the sea talk and put audio of a beach somewhere on there. At least listening to the sea would be nice!

Yes, but some people use sea sounds to relax & sleep.................. I don't think putting customers to sleep while they're waiting is a very good idea. But then again, neither is the sea calling!

I have to agree... this campaign blows.

 

That voice is really annoying and on the phone, the recording is horrible.

I was disappointed that I wasn't on hold when I called to book my next cruise last weekend. I kind of wanted to hear what all the fuss was about. Alas, I went straight to an agent.
