Travel Journal app for IPad or wesite??

Any suggestions for an IPad app or web site that I can chronicle our trip with text and photos for friends and family back home? I seen a few but would like some suggestions. Thanks. PW

The iPad comes with a Notes icon on it already (mine did). I use that for my journaling. You put the date at the top and save it. One page per day. Each page will be listed on the left side. Works great!

You can also buy the Pages app for iPad. It's similar to the apps "Pages" (Apple) and Word (Microsoft).

 

You can add photos, which I don't think is doable for the Notes program.

Thats what I was thinking also, it date stamps your note so that would seem to work well.

There is an App called 'Trip Journal"...I have it and played with it a bit at first, but not lately. I wasn't crazy about it at first, but I believe it's been updated. Check it out.

I have Daily Tracker for the iphone, it tracks a bunch of stuff but for travel you would use Quick Notes. You can add google maps and pictures. Not sure if they have it for the Ipad.

I use Pages, PenUltimate and my own leather journal I actually write in :). The iPad will mainly to store photos of my trip.

Pcnw was specifically asking about the iPad. The Notes icon also lets you email each day's note. After a trip, I usually email all pages to myself so that I can print them for my photo album. I think you can download your pictures to your iPad and attach them to emails, not sure (I'm not very techy).
