OBC question

Sorry I did a search, no luck what so ever.

 

I booked my trip through a TA, something I rarely do.

Question, without calling RC. I'm hearing impaired, so I hate to talk on the Phone.

Is there any way to see my OBC on the RC web site in MY Cruises?

No there is not. And if you are talking about OBC from a TA it will not show up on your booking invoice (which you can get from RCL or your TA) either.

Short answer - No. You should be able to request an invoice from RCI and/or your TA that will show it, although it is no guarantee unless it shows on the RCI invoice.

My OBC is from pre booking on the ship, and RC's visa CC. Your answers are what I suspected.

The OBC from booking on board will show on the invoice. I have never seen the Visa points show up on the invoice, but have always had it appear on my account once on board.

When we cruised last year on IOS we got very good OBC (I think, first time cruiser $600). When we went to pay our bill we were only being credited with half the amount. Fortunately I had printed off e-mail and other documentation which showed the OBC and EVENTUALLY we were credited with the correct amount. I will do the same this year, although not so much OBC this time.

Always take printed proof of any OBC. Three times in the past 6 or so years I have had to show documentation to get deserved RCI OBC. Never a problem with my TA or Visa points OBC.

The OBC from booking onboard will show up as AD16 $!00 ONBRDCR

 

The Visa OBC shows up as C101 L1 OBC $75 on your booking invoice.

I just applied some OBC to our sailing from our RC Visa. There isn't away for me to check and see if it's applied?

You can call C&A and they will confirm Visa points OBC. Did you print out your verification as well?

Yeah printed it out and made a PDF of it. We used a TA will they have access or no?
