Go to "Cruise Personalizer" and "view balance and make payment". They didn't notify me, and it doesn't show up in regular OBC, but does show on the balance sheet.
I think that option is only given when you have booked directly with Princess.

The Veterans discount is limited on each ship. Not everyone will get it. I think it is first come first served.

Thanks to all for your service.:D

 

There is a limit of the OBC being applied to the first two people in a room...

AND

You CANNOT get it onboard. It must be applied for (including all documents to princess 14 days before the cruise).
