Seven Mile Beach, Taxi ?

If we are getting dropped off at Seven Mile Beach after an excursion and only have about an hour to spend, where is the best spot to be in order to insure being able to get a taxi back to the ship when needed as well as being close to drinks, snacks and a bathroom ?

Is there a charge for either of these ? What is the difference between the two aside from location ? Thanks

The entire beach is "public", athough there are areas near the hotels that are for guests, only.

 

There are buses that run to and from the beaches....(More like big vans/small buses) and are $2.50 pp....much cheaper than a cab and you just walk up to the road (not far at all!) and get on one pointed to the port! (Or, going to the right!)

There can be traffic. I would take a taxi if I only had 1 hour before I needed to get back to the ship.
