Read that Rotterdam about 75 miles away, does anyone know of a car service for transfers from airport to the ship?

AMS (and BRU) are the nearest 'trans oceanic' airports, RTM/Rotterdam airport is small and is mostly intra-europe flights. For the transfer, forget a car, just head downstairs at AMS and hop on a train to Rotterdam CS (Centraal Station); and grab a taxi from there to your hotel or ship. Will be both quicker and cheaper than a private transfer.

 

AMS airport is amazingly easy for a non-Dutch speaker, big signage, easy to get around (although it's one massively large terminal building).
