FIRST CRUISE! Carnival Valor, July 21st 2012

Hello cruisers! I am cruising for my first time on the ship Carnival Valor and I am so excited! Have any of you ever been on the Valor, and if so, any suggestions? Things to do? Things to watch for? Any help or advice would be appreciated :) Thanks. :D

Why don't you post this question on the Carnival Boards....you're likely to get more answers. Valor has a Fish 'n' Chips station that is upstairs from the main buffet on the Lido Deck. People often don't know about it on the first day so you can get a great lunch without any lines. Have a great cruise!

Cruised on the the Valor when she was brand new and I hear that she is still a very nice ship. Lots to do. For a look at examples of activities and such, look a this thread here in cruise critic.

We have sailed on the Valor it is a wonderfull ship. I love the patriotic theme, it is very understated for a Carnival ship. We loved the bar in the lobby with all the great americans looking down on us. Have a great time I am sure you will love cruising
