Two-for-one margaritas at the Sunset Bar on the Infinity last week as we cruised out of Panama. (Sorry, we had already started them.)

Not sure of the name, but it is the one with the egg in it on the current menu

I'm not sure if it was ever on the menu but it had blue curacao, vodka, rum and possibly gin or tequilla topped off with a bit of red bull and liquid nitrogen

 

The lady who made it for us had been working on the ships for a few years and is transferring onto the Silhouette. A few of the other molecular bartenders had never heard of it.

It was a ground up slice of jalapeño topped up with vodka and a jalapeño garnish. I asked for spicy and it certainly was!!

Yes it did! But I love spicy things so thought it was great! Had another one the following night!! Shame I only discovered it on our second last night! I wouldn't recommend it if you don't like spicy food hehe!

I love spicy things, and I prefer savoury drinks to sweet ones.

I always somehow end up burning my lips and eyes just slicing a chilli lol!

I've put this Martini into my notes on my iPhone for next time, thanks :D

Yes, I saw that on someones list of "buys" on their cruise. Double Baileys is $12-, so is "Coffee with 1.5 Baileys".

We were on the Eclipse last month and had a few of these great drinks. Does anyone have the recipe/ingredients list? Marco made a GREAT 3G. Would love to try to replicate. Really loved all of their drinks - had fun trying most of them.

The 3G is in the Molecular Bar:D...I don't have the recipie but maybe

if you do a search you can find it......I know the menu has been

posted on here over the last few years. I know Hendrick's Gin is

one of the brands in the drink though;)
