Buckingham Palace Tour tickets

Hello. I purchased the 2013 summer tickets today. "A Royal Day Out" This is three tours including The State Rooms, the Royal Mews and The Quees's Gallery tour. This is not the exclusive tour. Cost was 32.25 GBP.

 

What I thought was cool, was the tickets are mailed to you and they are stamped with the Palace mail stamp.

It looks like there are only tours from August to September. We're going in June. :mad:

Unfortunately, Buckingham Palace is a home and working building, not a museum. The Royal Family will be in residence when you visit.

 

You can still see the Mews and Queen's Gallery :)

Its my understanding that Buckingham Palace is open to visitors at certain times over the summer and into the fall. I have signed up on the Royal Collection web site to be notified when the 2013 tickets become available. I will be in London Aug 30, 2013. Is this the right way to get tickets? About what time of the year do the tickets become available? Anything else I should be aware of?

 

That's the right place. Don't expect to take any pictures inside the Palace!

They search your bags. Bathroom are at the end of tour. You are now able to purchase the tickets.
