No such thing as a free cruise

I've never subjected myself to one of those high pressure sales pitches. Every person I've ever talked to about it always says the same thing, they keep talking to wear you down to close the deal.

When I get postcards like that, they don't even make it into the house, it goes straight into the recycle bin along with the rest of the junk mail.

My MIL was thrilled that she got a "free" cruise a couple years ago until she started reading all the small print. A couple hundred dollar processing fee (she paid) but the requirement that you have to book airfare through their travel group. Had she not wised up and cut her loses at a couple hundred, the airfare from their group was about three times the going rate. The old saying is so true: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
