Excursion brochure

Anyone else having problems creating and downloading excursion brochures from the Princess website? I get all the way where it is "building brochure", then nothing!

I have experienced this problem in the past under two conditions:

 

1. excursions are not yet available and it just spins

2. pop-up blocker is on and it cannot open a window and it just spins

 

don't know if either is what is causing your problem or not.

That has always been the solution for me.

 

It would be nice if the Princess web site warned that you needed to do this.

I just tried using several different systems - Explorer, Mozilla and Chrome, all with the pop-up blockers off, and no luck.

I too have tried multiple browsers. In the past, I have had issues with it just spinning...this isn't the case for me now though. Now it goes to next step and says that they are experiencing technical difficulties. This has been the case for at least a week or so...maybe longer. There is a phone number to call, but I have not done so yet.

I know it worked a couple of months ago...I have a printout from then, but made some changes and wanted to recreate it...no luck now!

I've been trying to print individual excursions. It has always been easy to do in the past. Now I hit their print button and it just creates a white box above their display that says Princess Escape Completely. Nothing gets sent to the printer. Very frustrating!

Can you read it online, without printing it?

I tried to build a brochure today and no luck, seems its been like that since the beginning of this thread! I have managed to print off my excursion list, 4 excursions has taken up 4 pages of printing:rolleyes:

Their "print" button on each individual excursion has never worked for me. I have to hit print on the top of my computer page. Also the brochure tool never has worked on any of my apple products or Apple PC but does seem to work on our older Microsoft based desktop.
