Upgrade at Port????

The people who check you in do not have access to cabin availability, nor the ability to take your money for the upgrade. You can ask at customer Relations when you board, but generally the ships sail full - there is usually a sign there saying there are no cabins available. Even if there were, they would not be a bargain. If you want a better cabin, book it now. EM

We had enquired about booking a suite when making our original booking. We decided that the cost was far too much.

Two days before we were due to embark we had a phone call offering a suite at a greatly reduced price.

We happily accepted.
