Taxi to Church Valley Beach?

What would a taxi cost for 2 adults to/from the pier to Church Valley Beach? Would this be the best beach to spend the day at in Antiqua? Thank you!

We were there the end of January and a taxi should cost $8 per person each way--don't pay more:D. Don't know about the best beach, but we love it:)

You can also wait a few minutes until others arrive at the taxi area and they will fill a van for $8 per person. If there are just two of you and you want to go right away, it will cost more. We had three in our group and we paid $8 to go right away. A friend that wasn't ready to go when we were just joined a van that was filling up a little while later.

We just returned from our cruise, and it would have cost us $16 per person each way (if it were just the two of us in the taxi), so the driver suggested we wait to have others join us for a cheaper price of $8 per person. Within minutes, two other couples joined us, so there were six of us, and we paid $8 per person. We all agreed to stay at Valley Church Beach for 3-1/2 hours, and the driver agreed to return for us at the specified time, to take us back to the ship port. It's a beautiful beach, with 'The Nest' restaurant/bar, showers, changing rooms, rest rooms and lots of good things going on. I'm glad we chose this beach, over Dickenson Bay, but it did get a little more crowded than I expected, but it wasn't too bad. Beach chair rentals were reasonable and we used a tree for shade, instead of renting an umbrella.

We were there a week ago. There were eight of us: $16 round trip per person. Our driver did return for us just a little bit later than scheduled but he had called first letting us know he was delayed. The beach is beautiful, the drinks weren't bad. Chairs were $5 each and an umbrella was $10. Rest rooms were fine.
