I would surmise that this is a problemwith weather and the shipyard not Carnival

Would appear to be the shipyards fault but sure seems like the cruising Gods are not doing Carnival any favors.

Tragedy is more than a gash in the hull as a worker has been missing since the incident.

 

Local news coverage showed shingles peeling off roofs with winds up to seventy miles per hour.
