Hi,

Just offered an upsell $179.pp from our standard inside J to a possible VH VC,

or a higher V.

Gee... is this a decent offer? I would love anyone to comment.

Thanks

Sounds like a good offer....we loved having a veranda in Alaska.....

Be ready to look at the deck plans....they often have more than one cabin to choose.....

You do not say anything about your cruise but we assume its a 7 day Alaskan cruise. If this is the case, you are talking about $25 per passenger day to get the view and utility found in a verandah cabin. Personally, we would take the upsell, but ultimately it depends on how important $360 (cost per couple) is to your budget.

It probably wouldn't be worth it to me. In Alaska, I want the ability to choose an open deck for viewing--not be limited to the view from one spot on the ship. (I realize that you can still go wherever you want even if you take the balcony.) I like having a balcony in warm locales so we can enjoy breakfast in the morning and drinks in the evening.

Congratulations! BTW, is your furry friend going with you?:)

Thanks!!

Unfortunately, we had to let her go 3 days before Xmas :(... then DH got sick... 35 days of "treatments".... geez... we sure need this vacation! ;)

I haven`t had the heart to change the photo... I`m a big suck when it comes to Golden`s... do you have a little sweetie in your home?
