miss_rach Posted June 28, 2013 #1 Share Posted June 28, 2013 Heading out tomorrow (29 Jun) to Cayman & Cozumel on Carnival. What forms of ID do I need to get back onto the ship at each Port? I'd rather not bring my PP and just use my DL but wife says PP's are required to get back on. I'm not sure. Help Please!

Matter of fact, many on the cruise will not even have a PP. DL and your set sail cruise card is all you need.
hancock Posted June 28, 2013 #3 Share Posted June 28, 2013 Take your DL with you.

miss_rach Posted June 29, 2013 Author #5 Share Posted June 29, 2013 How about my son (15) no DL? I'm Military, so should I bring his dependent ID card?
Rare Scrapnana Posted June 29, 2013 #6 Share Posted June 29, 2013 How about my son (15) no DL? I'm Military, so should I bring his dependent ID card? Minors only need their key card to get on at ports.
OVgirl Posted June 29, 2013 #7 Share Posted June 29, 2013 If you bring your passport for checking in, you can always leave it in the cabin safe for the rest of the cruise.
Krazy Kruizers Posted June 29, 2013 #8 Share Posted June 29, 2013 No matter whether the cruise is a closed loop or not, we always take our passports with us and put them in the safe. You never know when there could be an emergency and you need to fly home from outside the states. We just use the ship's ID cards and our driver's license to get back onto the ship. Your son will be fine with just the ship's ID card since he will be with you. Have a great cruise. Bon Voyage!!
