zackiedawg Posted July 11, 2013 #57 Share Posted July 11, 2013 Back to the wetlands again after a vacation break - some pics of the summer animals this 4th of July extended weekend (and one from the prior weekend I hadn't processed until this weekend!): Great egret soaring high: Extreme closeup with a big male green iguana: A cute fuzzy little mottled duckling: A cute fuzzy not-quite-as-little baby raccoon: Just about the strangest pose I've ever seen a bird stand in...this is a yellow-crowned night heron doing a Marlon Brando impersonation: Sneaking a peek into a red-winged blackbird's nest between the leaves and branches...a sunlit little mouth begging for food: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
